Hello Everyone! Just a reminder that Invoices for POA Dues for 2026 have been mailed and will be due by January 1, 2026. The Dues remain at $240 and can be paid with cash, check, PayPal, and now by credit/debit card. If not paid by January 1, 2026, interest will begin accruing at 1% per month. ***UPDATE ON MEETINGS***
April 2, 2025
NOTICE IN CHANGE OF GENERAL MEETING
Due to lack of attendance at our General Meetings, the Board made the decision to end those meetings. We will continue to have our Annual Meeting for Members each January for elections and discussion of the yearly POA budget.
We will continue to have the Open Board Meetings each month and, as always, those are open to anyone who wishes to attend. Members who have questions, concerns, or issues, will be given an opportunity to speak at the end of the Open Meeting.
The Open Meetings will continue to be held on the second Saturday of each month at 1:00 p.m.
The Board will meet in Closed/Executive Session
prior to the Open Meeting to discuss items of a sensitive nature.

The Annual Meeting of the POA is scheduled for Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the pavilion. We will be voting on the following:
1. Elect a Treasurer as Sherrie's term expires this year. If you are interested in running for this position, you will need to submit your interest in writing to the Board by 5:00 p.m on December 31, 2025.
2. We will be voting to approve the 2026 Budget. 3. We will be voting to approve the Revised and Restated CCRs. Owners will receive a copy of this document to review prior to the Annual Meeting. They will be emailed, mailed, or available in the office. Please let the Board know which method you prefer. Due to the rising cost of postage, we are encouraging Owners to provide their email address to have mailings such as these come via email. You can also contact any Board Member to arrange to pick up a copy at the POA office. We will need a majority vote to pass this, so please make every effort to cast your vote.
You can vote in person, by Proxy, or via electronic voting.
Proxy forms must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 9, 2026. You can download a Proxy form by clicking here
We are offering electronic voting this year, so please provide your email address if you wish to vote by this method. Electronic voting will begin at 12:01 a.m. on January 1, 2026 and close at 5:00 p.m. on January 9, 2026.

The pool and bathrooms are now closed until May 2026. The bathrooms will be available for Meetings and any scheduled special events.
