INFORMATION:
All Pelican Bay POA meetings will be held on the second (2nd) Saturday of each month at 1:00 p.m. in the POA pavilion unless otherwise.

Prior POA General meeting minutes are archived on the Owner's Info page with password. Passwords will be given to owners who are up to date on all assessments, including POA dues and any fines. Please send your request and a Board Member will respond.

Treasurer reports are available to POA members/owners upon request.

If POA members are not available to attend and vote in person, there will be Proxy forms available to download from our website and physical copies will be available in front of the POA office. Proxy forms MUST be completed in full, signed by a witness and received at the POA office either by mail or placed in a sealed envelope dropped in the POA office slot. Proxy forms will NOT be accepted after 5:00 p.m. OR at the meeting.
