Hello Everyone! Just a reminder that Invoices for POA Dues for 2026 have been mailed and will be due by January 1, 2026. The Dues remain at $240 and can be paid with cash, check, PayPal, and now by credit/debit card. If not paid by January 1, 2026, interest will begin accruing at 1% per month. If paid in full by January 31, 2026, the Interest will be waived. ANNUAL MEETING / GENERAL ELECTION

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2026 AT 1:00 P.M.

As a reminder, the POA Annual Meeting and General Election has been changed to the second Saturday of October each year and this year's meeting will be held on October 10, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. For the General Election, the following items will be placed on the ballot:

Vote on the Annual Budget for 2027

The revised CCR's -- we did not have enough votes at the last Annual Meeting to pass them, so they will be put on the ballot again at this election. You can review the revised version on our website, poapelicanbay.wixsite.com/website -- it will be under "Owners Info" and you will need the password. If you need the password, please send your request to the POA email address.

There will be three vacant end-of-term Board positions on the ballot as those terms end December 31, 2026. These will be 3-year terms and will begin January 1, 2027 and end December 31, 2029. The vacant positions will be Secretary and two Directors positions. If you are interested in running, you have until September 30, 2026 to submit your interest in writing to the Board by email to poa.pelicanbay@gmail.com; by mail to Pelican Bay POA, 41 Pelican Way, Winnsboro TX 75494; or by dropping in the mail slot at the office.

NOTE: There will also be two mid-term vacancies (Vice-President and Treasurer) and these positions will be appointed by the Board after October 11, 2026.

Electronic voting will be available again for this General Election -- please make sure we have your correct email address if you choose this method. As always, you can vote in-person or by proxy vote.
