***UPDATE ON MEETINGS***

NOTICE IN CHANGE OF GENERAL MEETING
Due to lack of attendance at our General Meetings, the Board made the decision to end those meetings. We will continue to have our Annual Meeting for Members each January for elections and discussion of the yearly POA budget.
​
We will continue to have the Open Board Meetings each month and, as always, those are open to anyone who wishes to attend. Members who have questions, concerns, or issues, will be given an opportunity to speak at the end of the Open Meeting.
​
The Board will meet in Closed/Executive Session prior to the Open Meeting to discuss items of a sensitive nature.
​
Our next meeting is scheduled for Saturday, April 12, 2025. The Closed/Executive Session will begin at 11:00 a.m. and the Open Board Meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the pavilion.

If POA members are not available to attend and vote in person, there will be Proxy forms available to download from our website and physical copies will be available in front of the POA office. Proxy forms MUST be completed in full, signed by a witness and received at the POA office either by mail or placed in a sealed envelope dropped in the POA office slot. Proxy forms will NOT be accepted after 5:00 p.m. OR at the meeting.
