
POOL RULES

Members must be current with dues and have no unpaid fines or assessments in order to use the pool and bathroom facilities.
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY – swim at your own risk. The POA will not be liable or responsible for accidents or injuries.
Pool capacity is 125 people. To ensure the pool capacity does not exceed 125 people, members will be limited to 10 non-household guests when using the pool. Members and all guests must sign in at pool entry.
Pool hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The pool will be closed each Wednesday for maintenance.
Children under the age of 14 years old shall not use pool without a parent or adult guardian in attendance.
No diving or running. No boisterous or rough play.
No animals in the pool or around the pool area.
No smoking in the pool or on the pool deck. Smoking is allowed in the picnic area.
No food or drinks in the pool or on the pool deck. These are only permitted in the picnic area. All trash must be properly disposed of before leaving.
Bottles and any type of glassware are strictly prohibited in the pool or on the pool deck.
Possession of any firearms is strictly prohibited.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, CALL 911. THERE IS A PHONE ON THE WALL OF THE POOL HOUSE FOR THIS PURPOSE.

REMINDER:
Please keep in mind that Article IV, #4 of the Pelican Bay POA Bylaws state that owners and/or guests who violate the “Regulations, Restrictions, or Bylaws” can be suspended from use of the facilities for up to 60 days, and guests can be permanently suspended, at the Board’s discretion.
