IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR THE POOL AND BATHROOMS

Due to filtration problems, the pool will be closed until next season. Phil and Chuck will be working on this issue during the off season and we plan to reopen next year on schedule.

Also, the bathrooms will be closed at 9:00 p.m. each night thru the Labor Day weekend. After that, they will be closed permanently until next year when the pool reopens. They will be opened for our monthly POA meetings and special occasions.

These were difficult, but necessary, decisions to make, and the Board appreciates your patience and understanding. Thank you.

REMINDER!!

FROM THE PELICAN BAY POA BOARD:

Any type of glass container is prohibited in the pool and around the pool area.

Drinks, food, and cigarettes are prohibited in the pool, but are allowed in the designated areas.

Please keep in mind that Article IV, #4 of the Pelican Bay POA Bylaws state that owners and/or guests who violate the “Regulations, Restrictions, or Bylaws” can be suspended from use of the facilities for up to 60 days, and guests can be permanently suspended, at the Board’s discretion.
